Public meetings held by ICER, Nov-Dec 2008

ICER hosted a public meeting in Boston on November 3, 2008 to review and discuss its findings on the comparative clinical effectiveness and comparative value of brachytherapy and proton beam therapy for treatment of clinically-localized, low-risk prostate cancer. The finalized version of the appraisal will be made available in December 2008.

 

A public meeting to review ICER's findings on coronary computed tomographic angiography for detection of coronary artery disease was held on December 8, 2008.  The finalized version of the appraisal will be available in January 2009.
