ICER President Steve Pearson (pictured) and Chief Review Officer Dan Ollendorf, as well as Amy Knudsen, Senior Scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital's Institute for Technology Assessment, presented a workshop at the 13th international meeting of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR) on the environment for technology assessment in the U.S., the ICER technology appraisal process, and an interactive case study (based on the ICER CT colonography appraisal) allowing workshop attendees to turn appraisal results into coverage policy. |
